Peter Aykroyd- started as the youngest performer to hit the stage of the
2nd City Stage in Toronto, Ontario. For 5 years Peter worked with John
Candy, Gilda Ratner, Martin Short, Eugene Levy, and Catherine O'Hara!
What a dream group..
In the 1979-80 season, Peter was with SNL as writer and performer for 1 year. He returned to Canada to be in a couple of feature films:
"Gas" and "Comics" with Howie Mandel and Donald Sutherland
Peter moved from NYC to LA to develop film ideas and produce and record his music. He stayed to develop film and TV ideas.
Peter wrote and produced soundtracks songs for some of Dan Aykroyd's films. The brothers then co-wrote the story for "Nothing But Trouble" with
Chevy Chase and Demi Moore.
Peter wrote and developed TV material for the breakthrough TV show,
PSI Factor, which was a first run syndication of 80 episodes.
We will be speaking with Peter from Ontario where is he is currently developing written material. He has had a lifetime of interest in alternative energy and a diversity of healing modalities.
